Index > Seven Graylands > Sidewalk  I had an idea in my mind to start work on a jazz influenced project. Not newer jazz, but an older style. Jazz that reminds you of an urban city, cement, street life, or perhaps just a hot summer night on the fire escape. While working on the music I couldn't help but think about the days when I was younger. Old friends, the city I grew up in, things we used to do, people we'd meet. The music began to follow this direction. |
